Initiate Return

We know that the world isn't perfect, if it was adult toys wouldn't exist. So at Secret Vibez we understand things happen and that items may need to be returned.

Please read our return policy https://secretvibez.com/policies/refund-policy to see if your item will be able to be returned. Any manufacture fulfillment needs to be done through the manufacture. 

In order to initiate a return please go over to our Contact Tab https://secretvibez.com/pages/contact and fill in the information fields, except phone number. You can also email us at customersupport@secretvibez.com

 In the body please provide the following:

• Name on the order
• If emailing please put return in the subject line
• Order number (received in confirmation email)
• Shipping Address
• Item wanting to be returned (if multiple items were purchased)

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING SECRET VIBEZ FIRST. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO YOUR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED AND NOT IN THE CONDITION STATED IN OUR RETURN POLICY, ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
