  • What Will Appear On My Credit Card Statement?

Since we believe in keeping our customers privacy, for this reason we bill discreetly. On your credit card/bank statement you should will see *SP*SV.

  • How Long Does It Take For My Order To Be shipped. 

All orders are are generally shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving your payment, weekends/holidays not included.  Depending on the current order volume we have and the available staff in our warehouse, your order could be shipped in 2-3 business days or less, again not including weekends/holidays.  We wanted to provide full transparency with our shipping timelines, thank you for your understanding.

  • Is My Order Sent Discreet?

Yes. Orders will either be sent in USPS boxes or a plain brown box. The shipping information will be from our warehouse and does not have any indication of the product type or website/company information.

  • Can I Track The Status Of My Order?

Yes, you have a few options to track your order. You can download the SHOP App and track it directly from there, or you can use the tracking number that will be provided directly from their website once the item has shipped. (USPS, FEDEX, UPS)

  • Am I Able To Cancel My Order?

Yes, if you would like to cancel your order please email us within 45 minutes of placing your order to ensure your order is canceled. 

  • What Do I Do If I Receive A Defective Or Damaged Item?
    • For damaged items all items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well. If you receive an item from us that is not in the above mentioned condition, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.
    • For items found to be defective, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of purchase.
    • For both damaged and defective items please be prepared to fill out any necessary paperwork and send over any proof of defective/damaged item(s).
  • What Is Your Returns & Exchange Policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We are not able to return the amount of shipping if applicable. 

Non-returnable items products include, but are not limited to: Vibrators, Dildos, Douche, Enema, Anal Toys, Cock Rings, Cock Sleeves/Masturbators, Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, body paints, lingerie, Harnesses/Strap Ons, bathbombs, candles, bodywash, bubble bath, enhancers penis pumps/vaginal (clitoral) pumps, clamps/grips and menswear. Any items that have been worn, no tags on items, opened, and used.

Other types of items that cannot be returned, are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
